Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated. In order for you to receive your package you have to be present at the time of delivery to sign for your package. In the event you are not able to sign for your package please reach out to your local USPS office to schedule a re-delivery. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
